IPBC members tell IPBC they love to participate in the online forum. Several experts will inspire us, sharing stories about what they did that added value; how and why it moved client relationships to a new level. Together we will brainstorm about what activities bookkeepers could implement or standards they could raise that add value; then we’ll break into groups to discuss the merits and challenges of proposed activities and report back. Your checklist and reports will be compiled into a post conference report to inspire you to be a catalyst for the success of your clients.
