How Bookkeepers Can Help Their Clients Achieve Next Level Business Growth
- Advice from a Business Improvement Advisor

Presented by:  Greg Cowan, BASc, MBA, Director, Business Improvement Advisory

Greg Cowan, an expert in Business Improvement Advising, will talk about the challenges businesses face when they out-grow their small business structure and are transitioning into a more complicated mid-sized organization, and how bookkeepers can assist in the growth. Topics include:

-      The different operating elements of a small vs. medium sized business
-      Common growth issues that companies experience, related to the operating elements (such as: lack of defined processes and documentation, and reduced visibility into the business as it gets more complex – reporting systems need to evolve as data gets more complex)
-      What is needed, from a bookkeeper’s point of view, to help a company grow into a medium sized business
